There is nothing attractive about Birthmarks and scars, this project shows the concept of self conceal to (self accepting) (self owning).
Everybody has something we are insecure about. Body is one of them. Birthmarks and scars are common for everyone. But not everyone express it as beauty mark. Most people hide and conceal their scars and birthmarks. Some even get tattoo to cover it. To cover the im- perfection is understandable. But to express the imperfection is more meaningful than to cover it up. Insecure is not a good thing. Self-acceptance is very important because with insecurity, people tend to ruin their lives. Some get surgery. Some get tattoo they later then regret, and in the future get tattoos laser remover. Not only it is expensive but painful.
My idea is taking something we are not proud of but to own it.

I chose a Vietnamese and Japanese local restaurant to re-brand. This restaurant, that was lacking and barely has any branding at all. I create a logo, tri fold-menu, wine bottle, and business cards.
My focus for branding Cam Ranh Bay restaurant is to provide the story, personally, expression, expanding product to the next level, and make the customers enjoy the eating experience. Cam Ranh Bay goal is to get the mainstream public with authentic healthy Food with modern style. Also I wanted to focus on the original things that they don’t have.
With this project I have combined material from several friends and relatives, much of what I have observed among my age. I have also listed several questions for the people that filled my survey. This magazine can be a step closer to reduce accident on the road. By combining their contents, driving tips and stories, audience can take the information in and think about their driving. And to how they can learn from the life lesson/ practical lesson from their peers.
My concept for this project is to represent the memories and emotion of collecting cards and letters. It is the collection of letter and card that I treasure from the time when I was ten years old until today. Time plays an enormous part for this project.
I no longer have the emails or the texting messages for special events, Birthday, Valentines, etc. Ideally, I want to affect my viewer, because we are so hook on with social media, we text, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram etc. because of need or convenience, but try the letter/card approach will receive a reward or bless someone. I want to make my work about the idea of collection of letter/card because, I know we live in an age of INSTANT this and INSTANT that, but when a girl receives a love letter or a Valentine Card, she holds that letter/card to the heart with an overcoming emotion, but she does not hold that iPhone in the same way.
When I came to United States my family and I were able to have freedom. Because of the freedom in the United States, I was introduced to American culture with the help of my church family. These photograph shows how Montagnard are grateful for all the things we have in our life and to the freedom of property, religious, speech and able to enter church without being arrest. With the great freedom we have here, we still miss our homeland. These photographs depict how much we miss our homeland even though we have freedom.
From this story I was able to present it through photographs of someone who is important to me and he is Montagnard with tradition clothing. I titled it Missing Home. This body of work is depicting of Montagnard man missing home, the culture that he lived by and due to the freedom he had here in the United States brings back memory to how he get here.
